while researching Frank Olson - see MKULTRA, Project Artichoke, mysterious death

I came across a video/documentary about his son's reinvestigation into his fathers death [http://www.cultureunplugged.com/documentary/watch-online/play/9586/Code-Name-Artichoke]

Around 1975 (see: 1975 Church Committee and Rockefeller Commission) there were Senate Hearings/investigations/intelligence gathered on illegal actions by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), National Security Agency (NSA) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) after certain activities had been revealed by the Watergate affair

the documentary mentioned above references a 11July1975 WH MEMO subject/entitled: The Olson MATTER/ CIA Suicide and notes "... There (is...) the possibility that it might be necessary to disclose highly classified national security information in connection with any court suit or legislative hearings...."

THIS IS HIGHLY REMINISCENT OF THE CLINTON MATTER!

downgrading terminology - INVESTIGATION to MATTER

when an investigation is concerning things such as death of contractors/public figures, government testing/activities, possibly illegal actions, highly publicized etc - the tightening of the belt in terminology is implemented to sweep the MATTER under the rug instead of having an INVESTIGATION seen to fruition and have the results be seen and felt publicly

note: this is new to me bc I was not alive during those times so yes this is news to me hence the surprise
