VERY odd pizza website that needs scrutinizing (pizzagate)

This is related to Pizzagate because this odd website has all the bizarre calling cards we've been seeing for the past few months, I'm just not sure what the website exactly is. Something is seriously off about this site!

I've linked to each page of the website according to its menu title. Please archive each on multiple platforms. My virus program didn't alert to anything, but practice caution. There is no CP. Just very odd pizza art and nothing related to whatever the hell this business is supposed to be consulting about.

Hint: Google search the term "consultation pizza" and you may find other sites like this one.

On the slices tab, you can pick square and it comes up with this http://www.wholetspoondrive.com/the-slices/square/ It claims to be photography, on one page and a pizzeria construction on another. The sitemap, http://www.wholetspoondrive.com/sitemap/ also shows the tabs past the password protected 'toppings' page
