You are fine to resubmit it as-is, but I think you would be doing us all a favor if you put a brief summary of your findings at the top.

Ehhhh...
I think he's good on finding someone that'll clean that up for him. At the very least it'll be easier for him to stay within the rules. Right now it's a massive clusterfuck.
The whole thing needs an overhaul, IMO.
