The Whistleblower Day resolution that the U.S. Senate passed on Aug. 1, 2017 is not ceremonial. It is a reminder to everyone that it is their duty to expose wrongdoing. Yes, I would like to hear that explanation from their new 12 hr. acct. But since you probably won't get an answer, I will say that NO that would not have happened under the reign of HRC.
