EDIT: I am now wondering if intraplanetary, space projects, NASA, Reagan's StarGunwhatever isn't just code for projects that funnel tax payer money into secret private offshore accounts. If huge amounts of money are really being allocated to unfeasible or outlandish projects, we need to find out to whom and where it is going because we all know this is bullshit and it is more likely the real truth is some cia megayacht and golf resort builders are aka Mars Travel Inc.
I think the guy just preys on unsuspecting gullible people who aren't aware that charming is often an aspect of crazy. I've said before, RDS comes across like an unmedicated bipolar (based on his writing/rants)
