The psychology is simple (and brilliant): since this bold lying is beyond the little lies of average people, it can only be the truth.
The promoters of the fake Russia collusion story call for censoring fake news. Exactly the same.
Average people hearing this from Podesta, will not associate Podesta as a child predator and fake news creator, who is doing this to protect his ass.
Raping children and then stealing their organs is psychotic. It's not even up for debate. Even Ed Gein had the common decency to only kill adults.
I'm not sure you're going to be able to grasp this but when the American people finally learn these sick fucks were into child rape and organ harvesting anyone even remotely connected to the crime will have to go into hiding if they're not arrested. It's going to shock America to its core. I wouldn't be surprised if any member of the Council on Foreign Relations doesn't go into hiding. And I'm not exaggerating. People will want to hunt them all down like animals. Doubt me? Don't. They know what's coming:
