I have been noticing that two events last week fell on the same day, yet no connection was made between the events... nothing online, nothing here. On July 27, 2017, there was a huge human trafficking bust in California, which was talked about here.
Here is a link: http://www.cbsnews.com/news/sex-trafficking-bust-california-nevada-texas-police-seek-mia-mcneil/
Another link on that story: http://abc7.com/news/13-men-arrested-in-pomona-human-trafficking-bust/2264187/
Note that on that first link, it discusses California's Attorney General Xavier Becerra giving a public speech about the huge human trafficking bust.
INTERESTINGLY ENOUGH, ON THAT VERY SAME DAY, California's Deputy Attorney General, Raymond Liddy, was arrested for child pornography. Link: https://konniemoments.com/2017/07/27/california-deputy-attorney-general-raymond-liddy-charged-over-child-porn-after-officials-find-explicit-photographs-of-minors-at-his-home/
I think it's a bit of a coincidence that these huge events both happened in California on the same day... unless it's not actually a coincidence.
At the first link I posted, we see the CA Attorney General discussing the human trafficking bust... but it doesn't look like he mentioned his VERY OWN deputy (THE deputy attorney general of California) also being arrested that same day for possession of child pornography aka child sexual exploitation. I've scoured the web, and it doesn't seem there is anything out there linking these two events, or even discussing them together, which I find a bit suspicious.
I have not been able to find any direct information linking these two major news stories, but I think it is definitely worth taking a look at. Thoughts?

If these two events are not linked AND they are two very, very different types of crimes, why would it be suspicious if no one linked them? The description for that would be ACCURATE not suspicious.
There's a giant difference between viewing pornography and visiting prostitutes wouldn't you agree?
So what other than your confirmation bias specifically links these two arrests?

I think if you read my wording more carefully it will answer your question.
