FWIW - DWS was the first person to use the term "fake news", that I can identify. She warned that anything coming out of Wikileaks in the next 48 hours was likely "fake news."
I can't find the exact reference, but it was days before the election.

This was around the time they got to WikiLeaks. Everything was running smooth and right on cue up until this point.
