I've connected with so many bands as a survivor. Slipknot, Tool, Etc. I recently relistened to Korn's first album, which I've always loved. If you can handle it, listen to "Daddy" again. The whole song. Survivors have been speaking out. We just aren't listening.

It makes me sad, but all these bands should be suspect. Chester had a charity in Haiti HRC donated to. I don't think these people being famous is an accident. It's a money train, using survivors as consumers because they knew we would relate to the songs..

KoRn

Sigh... Yep.

Probably Manson too

korns entire niche angle is child abuse. songs like daddy, kill you, mr rogers. the singer has claimed to be abused by multiple people as a child and ignored when talking about it to his parents, who also apparently abused him. this isn't secret or subtle. hence the album covers looking creepy af. ALL their album covers are pretty weird and have pedo vibes. but. they're saying that he, the singer, was abused, not to abuse or whatever. they were like my favourite band as a teenager. Never seen that manson tattoo either but it looks kind of nightmare before christmas in style, which goths tend to get things from tattoo'd on them. may all be nothing, or huge, lol. whatever. But korn aren't hiding the pedo stuff. its like their thing, but simultaneously, they aren't glorifying it, they're saying this fucked me up n whatever. whatever the fuck thats worth, there y'go.

I'm wondering about that wrist tattoo though.
