Two days ago, some random guy strolls into my apartment's parking lot, through the quad, to the kids playground, and hooked around to my apartment. Sat on the sidewalk outside, started texting. I noticed him when my kid and I pulled in and parked-- he was shirtless but was putting one on as he walked through. I'm familiar with most of the people around here and he was a stranger and it was stranger still when he sat by my place. Gave him benefit of the doubt, because maybe he was visiting someone or something.
Tonight as I explained the horrible state of affairs to my kid, some guy was casing the outside of my apartment; looking in the windows. It's a good twelve feet from the sidewalk to the window, and he was just on the other side of the bushes. Walked by, not in a hurry. Ten o'clock at night.
If I'm being stalked/targeted because of the bistro thing, fine. Subject is dropped. Message received loud and clear, no need for nuance.

Im getting strong bad vibes as though were being coerced to fight eachother as humans on the front lines. A flare gun is never illegal. As far as mace, I think it's a felony to mace someone if the cops felt like it, but flare guns are just incidental. Dpuble check that but a girl who's husband was killed in Afghanistan and was working in special forces told me that. She's on a motorcycle trip to heal and and she past by my town. She was also special forces. I have a purple belt in Tao kwon do, but I hate fighting. The goal is stay peaceful, such a challenge, part of that, used to be having access to Twitter and Facebook to shout out, like when this guy was tweeting he has squat team at his door, it was Twitter that saved his life, all his ppl came out on the street to that cordoned off block and watched and tweeted as well,. But we don't have that we have this. So power up dream force, believe we can and I will see you there. Also, I came up with a good intro :

As a petite woman, I like the idea of a flare gun. Is it illegal to carry a flare gun if you are drinking I wouldn't ever carry a firearm while intoxicated.
