I am a long time follower since November 2016. Mods, please delete if not relevant. I am witnessing child abuse and neglect every single day.

I live in LB California and my 62+ seanile neighbor has let a homeless woman and her two children live in his house the past week (illegally and he's going through eviction for it.) The children are between 5-9 year old Caucasian males. Since then I have seen the mother leave the home with the older child and leave the 5 year old in the home with the older neighbor / while groups of 3-5 men come in every day, constantly. My neighbor lives in a 350 sq ft studio apartment at most. I have never seen him have guest over until these children were brought here. He has no TV, no stove, and his home is literally two beds against the wall, a rigged hot plate, and a bathroom.

The children are covered in bed bug bites, starving, and have burns all over their bodies - the children say are "ramen noodle burns." The mother is aggressive and won't let her children talk to police without her, which I would understand in any situation, but she is coercing them into keeping quiet so she can make money and have a place to "live."

Yesterday I watched her younger son bawl his eyes out and take off his shirt and pants and get in a car with a homeless man in the lot next door. I tried to video tape the incident but the older son called out to his mom that someone was watching.

I have contacted the Long Beach police 4 times and have pointed out the burns and bed bug bites and the blatant sexual abuse of young children but nothing has come of it.

I'm lost as what to do at this point. Child protective services is coming tomorrow but after what little the police did, I have no hope for these children.

Anyone in LA that can legally help or help me catch these monsters.
