Yeah, April 2015. Like the 4chan source said, here's a pic of Seth Rich with IT staff at a bar. He says the guy looks like Awan. I think it's possible but I personally don't see the resemblance. If it really is Awan, then the photo puts them together in a social setting and is very important. Not sure what you're getting at.

I just meant there was an implication on other threads (I don't see it with this thread though admittedly) that the photo was from the alleged IT party the night he was killed.

I agree, that the photo itself is important if it does link him with Awan in a social setting, even if it was taken more than a year before he was killed.
