House Judiciary Committee requests AG appoint special counsel to investigate the following: Comey, Lynch, and HRC.

Take special note of the 14 areas the special counsel would be recommended to investigate. I can think of a few more, but 14 isn't bad for a start.

They need to skip the special counsel and go for the special prosecutor on corruption grounds. A special grand jury should already be at work. Unless .....
