I'm not going back there but I'm sure that was digital footage, from a handheld cam. Regardless, it's quality is inconsistent with the hi8/vhs recordings that would have been the norm when Chester was a small child.
Also, use askpizzagate or pizzagatewhatever for this stuff. A lot of people get butthurt when the mods nuke this kind of post. Don't take it personally.
