Noise wouldn't be a problem unless they are being killed or tortured which would be done at either a secluded location like a farm, a large property, a typically noisy place, or a neighborhood where everyone is in the know. Still that's what soundproofing is for.
Victims who are just being used for sex wouldn't make too much noise. I recall a news story of a man who had kidnapped three girls and kept them hostage for a decade or so. It was a small suburb and the neighbors saw the girls a few times but never thought anything was wrong.
