I don't want to pile pedo charges on someone that is not guilty of them, so possibly he did just keep the subscription and just never cancelled it. That is possible. I have let things run on too long before quitting. If he is using it in another way he is in trouble if they find out.

yes, he could have thought that the kids might be back and left the settings. and he also claimed to be homeless so maybe he was not watching a lot of youtube since march and didn't even know they were there. Anyone with young kids knows that they will permanently change all the preferences and settings on all electronic devices.

So really he could have just let it ride after the kids left. Or maybe not.
