The source is me, I made these reports myself, and called to add information when the police told me that they're working on it. I've submitted it to literally all agencies that have any sort of jurisdiction in the US and the two involved cities.
Well I just really need everyone here to help me follow up on this whole issue. It's too much for one person. I'm being relentlessly harassed for it. I want to see that girl returned to her rightful parents.
