Charity Navigator is an American independent charity watchdog organization that evaluates charitable organizations in the United States. Its stated goal is "to advance a more efficient and responsive philanthropic marketplace in which givers and the charities they support work in tandem to overcome our nation’s and the world’s most persistent challenges". Charitable grants are not a major focus of the Clinton Foundation, which instead uses most of its money to carry out its own humanitarian programs.
According to WikiLeaks, through 2016, the Clinton Foundation had raised an estimated $2 billion from U.S. corporations, foreign governments and corporations, political donors, and various other groups and individuals.

If you go to Clinton Foundation’s website, this is how it says its donations were spent for the year 2014.

2014 Consolidated Expenditures
87.2% Program Services
8.6% Management and General
3.7% Fundraising
0.5% Provision for Uncollectible Pledges
The following article takes a look at the Clinton Foundation tax returns for 2014. It shows that the CF spent less than $5M out of its 184M. That is less than 3%, on its mission.

According to the CF website, the Foundation has a 4-star rating from Charity Navigator, its highest rating.

According to Charity Navigator, 7 out of 10 charities evaluated spend at least 75% of their budget on the programs and services they exist to provide. And 9 out of 10 spend at least 65%. “We believe that those spending less than a third of their budget on program expenses are simply not living up to their missions.”

According to a NY Post 2015 Article, Charity Navigator, which rates nonprofits, recently refused to rate the Clinton Foundation because its “atypical business model . . . doesn’t meet our criteria. Charity Navigator put the foundation on its “watch list,” which warns potential donors about investing in problematic charities. The 23 charities on the list include the Rev. Al Sharpton’s troubled National Action Network, which is cited for failing to pay payroll taxes for several years."

So, how did the Clinton Foundation receive a 4-star rating?
American Thinker reported that “The $20,000 CGI (Clinton Global Initiative) membership fee was waived for Charity Navigator, which reported it as an in-kind contribution, according to the AP. The news organization said Charity Navigator chairman Michael Thatcher claimed his group joined CGI “to mingle with world leaders and promote its ratings.
Various sorts of people are willing to pay millions of dollars for the opportunity to mingle with the high and mighty assembled by the CGI or CF. To be on the receiving end of such favors is an inherent conflict of interest.”

"Could it also have something to do with someone on the Board of Directors of Charity Navigator? A person by the name of Thomas H Murray, Board Member and Vice-Chair, who is also the
Thomas Murray, Ph. D.,
President Emeritus, of
The Hastings Center in
Garrison, NY."
This same Thomas Murray gave testimony before the Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations United States House of Representatives on
March 28, 2001 at the request of President Bill Clinton. His testimony was on the bioethics of cloning.
Statement of Thomas H. Murray, Ph.D. Commissioner, National Bioethics Advisory Commission
An excerpt from is testimony:
"I want to begin by thanking Representative Greenwood for the invitation to speak to you today. My name is Dr. Thomas Murray, and I am a member of the National Bioethics Advisory Commission (NBAC). NBAC was established by President Clinton in 1995 to advise and make recommendations to the President through the National Science and Technology Council and to others on bioethics issues and their policy implications. My fellow commissioners on NBAC come from a variety of disciplines and backgrounds, and include research scientists, religious scholars, physicians, lawyers, and members of the public. My day job is as President of The Hastings Center in Garrison, New York, an independent non-partisan research institute that addresses fundamental ethical issues in the areas of health and medicine, the biomedical sciences, and the environment. I serve on the Committee on Ethics of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and am the author of The Worth of a Child.”

This is directly related to Pizzagate because it may show another corruption of the Clinton Foundation and possibly a connection to cloning.

This is very, very good new info.
"Hastings Center in Garrison, New York" - - on that board member - is really useful. Garrison is the home of the website, Charity Navigator servers. And "bioethics" is a catchword for cloning.
I am adding all this to my blog as a separate post.

People associated with the Clinton Foundation or the DNC or Clinton-anything in or near Garrison, New York is a big red flag!
