Charitable grants are not a major focus of the Clinton Foundation, which instead uses most of its money to carry out its own humanitarian programs.

According to WikiLeaks, through 2016, the Clinton Foundation had raised an estimated $2 billion from U.S. corporations, foreign governments and corporations, political donors, and various other groups and individuals.

 The following article takes a look at the   Clinton Foundation tax returns for 2014.  It shows that the CF spent less than $5M out of its 184M.  That is less than 3%,  on its mission.

 According to the CF website, the Foundation has a 4-star rating from Charity Navigator, its highest rating.

 According to Charity Navigator, 7 out of 10 charities evaluated spend at least 75% of their budget on the programs and services they exist to provide. And 9 out of 10 spend at least 65%.   “We believe that those spending less than a third of their budget on program expenses are simply not living up to their missions.”

 According to a NY Post 2015 Article, Charity Navigator, which rates nonprofits, recently refused to rate the Clinton Foundation because its “atypical business model . . . doesn’t meet our criteria. Charity Navigator put the foundation on its “watch list,” which warns potential donors about investing in problematic charities. The 23 charities on the list include the Rev. Al Sharpton’s troubled National Action Network, which is cited for failing to pay payroll taxes for several years."

 So, how did the Clinton Foundation receive a 4-star rating?  

American Thinker reported that “The $20,000 CGI (Clinton Global Initiative) membership fee was waived for Charity Navigator, which reported it as an in-kind contribution, according to the AP. The news organization said Charity Navigator chairman Michael Thatcher claimed his group joined CGI “to mingle with world leaders and promote its ratings. Various sorts of people are willing to pay millions of dollars for the opportunity to mingle with the high and mighty assembled by the CGI or CF. To be on the receiving end of such favors is an inherent conflict of interest.”

Thomas Murray, Ph. D., President Emeritus, of The Hastings Center in Garrison, NY." This same Thomas Murray gave testimony before the Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations United States House of Representatives on

March 28, 2001 at the request of President Bill Clinton. His testimony was on the bioethics of cloning.

This is directly related to Pizzagate because it may show another corruption of the Clinton Foundation and possibly a connection to cloning.
