From what I can tell their plan is to:

1) draw out the arrest, trial and conviction of Killary, Deep Wasserman Schitz and the Podesta brothers as long as they can, several years probably.

2) only indict them on crimes unrelated to child sex trafficking like leaking Classified Material, S.A.P. intelligence, pay to play etc.

It won't distract from the child trafficking for more than a year. All it will do is delay the inevitable.
