No duh, and rejection of religion is not exempt. Believing in God or not is irrelevant, without absolute morals you get degeneracy veiled behind progress, its the same reason you have a United States constitution, hard limits.
Well, that "absolute morals" thing is a slippery slope too. It ends in something like Sharia law.
That being said, I think we can all agree that teaching kids how to masturbate is probably not a good thing to do (certainly not necessary). YouTube's censorship is the bigger issue here.
