You are a sick puppy still grasping at straws. Do some research about WHY Putin banned American adoptions of Russian children. There were big headlines everywhere but America and canada. He said there is too much pedophilia and until that is cleaned up he banned adoptions. He knows the Ukraine adoption scam is child trafficking for sex slaves and human organ harvests just like Clinton Foundation child pipeline in Haiti.
I did what you suggested. The Kremlin cited the deaths of 19 children in over 60,000 adopted from Russian orphanages by US parents, over a 20 year period(strange because the rate of infant death in the same time frame at Russian orphanages was much higher) There was no mention of paedophilia.
All this happened to coincide with the Magnitsky Act (why Putin didn't do anything before is, well obvious) Some believe Russia has no economic leverage with the west, just their thousands nukes to keep them relevant, so used whatever they could(children in this case) to restore national pride and show they won't be humiliated(a word they repeatedly used at the time)

Putin would never lie. And a guy who is sexually attracted to his daughter could never be involved in child trafficking.
