The Keller Effect means one main thing for all of us - simply arresting child abusers is not going to be the end game by a long shot. The citizens of Texas and the whole country must participate in the task of scrutinizing and speaking out on how child sexual assault cases are treated after the arrests have been made, the jury has spoken, and the defense appeals begin. Also, The media's seeming bias towards convicted assaulters over survivors must be held up to harsh scrutiny and even scorn where appropriate. If more people don't start criticizing how these cases are retried in the media for the defense, we may really be lost. THE Bushes live in Texas.

The Bushes and a lot of oil men and a lot of problems, but it's also the heart of the liberty movement. A very complex and dynamic state. Setting legal precedent there will reverberate around the country and send a signal to the legal system.

I guess fighting hard and taking a stand makes an impression and people go with the flow. I sure hope this is not a trend.

the thing that scares me is how fully the propaganda line is swallowed all over the place. I have only seen criticism of the trial at specialist ritual abuse websites and no criticism of this recent exoneration and how it was done anywhere but voat - about 1,100 people saw it overall, but damm, that's just a drop in the bucket Thanks for your support, you do everything you can to help I know.
