Pegasus Corporate Office
Right click new tab and go on Google Maps to Pegasus
It says "Pegasus Corporate Office" on 3521 13th Street.
Click the street view and you'll see the brown bricked building directly behind Pegasus in the alleyway. But this house is 3519 13th Street so Pegasus Corporate Office must be the first door of the red bricked house to the left because the third door along says 3525.
From memory Pegasus always came up on Google Maps as the actual museum itself. Why has it changed? and why is it the address wrong?
I looked into 3521 and found two elderly Catholic sisters/teachers from Washington School for Girls Mary B. Bourdon and Eileen C. Reid live there. They have a connection to Religious of Jesus and Mary who do charity work in Haiti and other places.
Not sure what to make of any of this.

wtf? is that an EYE drawn on the wall? Maybe it is the brown brick building and 3521 is to mislead? All Seeing Eye at Pegasus

And this is likely where the guy Pizzagate Howie found sitting on the Pegasus steps went. Here's the video. Start at 5:20 to see Howie talking to him. https://www.pscp.tv/PGHowie1/1RDGlZzLgmzxL When he leaves, we don't see him enter 3519, but he doesn't have time to go anywhere else at a walking speed before the video shows an empty alley in the direction he went. He could just be a resident of the building who sits on the Pegasus steps to smoke or something, or he could be a person of interest. Don't know where to reach Howie to ask him where this guy went.

I saw that too. He must have gone down the side alley towards the red house. Need to get Howie to go back to Pegasus.

I think more likely up the little flight of stairs next to where it says 3519 13th St. on the brick wall--not the red house alley. I don't think he had time to get there.

Yes, I see what you mean. I found someone called Aaron Thompson living at 3519 I can't confirm if it's this person or not, but this Aaron Thompson takes photo's of children some of them with bruises or crying. Here's his flickr

Seems like a different guy--older and with some grey hair--just looks different to me. But that building could have more than one condo or apartment, or he could be a housemate or partner. The guy on the steps did say he lived there--meaning in the neighborhood.

Oh, okay, I'm looking at the kid photos, and I think you could be on to something here, particularly in combination with the Pegasus location and the eye on the wall. The "About" page on his Flickr says he's a pro photographer, so I suppose that's his cover for anything out of the ordinary--"creative license." But the focus on children and some of the subject matter is sketchy--the badly bruised girl, the medical "operation," the girl in a shopping cart. He is a good photographer, and no doubt his site is a pedo favorite. We should take a deeper look at him.

He's from Ohio and I think they are his kids, maybe not the same Aaron Thompson from 3519. I'm thinking the two Catholic Sisters with links to charity work in Haiti could be more of a lead. Not sure.
