i call bullshit on hanging with an exercise band- its stretchy for one thing- and none of these accounts mention that he was actually hanging when found.... am i missing that somewhere?? if you are choking yourself, let's just say- for sexual purposes, with a band while sitting, when you go out the band should loosen.... what man could hang in a motel bathroom and not touch the floor?? with a stretchy band??? this sounds super fishy to me- and why the hell didn't the security guard take it off when trying to revive him?? with that short of a time frame as stated, he should not have appeared obviously dead.
all this happens when someone is strangled to death, its the death of choice for musicians who aren't able to be labeled drug addict. Its kind of like when you were a UN Director and you "accidently" crush your throat with a barbell just before you're expected to testify against HRC.
