I used to chat on a missing people website called Websleuths. The rules are VERY strict there and if you bring up pizzagate, they will go nuts and temporarily ban you as the "owners" of websleuths as well as many of the moderators were Hillary supporters. It's a nice environment, just don't bring up politics- I know pizzagate isn't REALLY politics, but they think it is. It's extremely frustrating because they are great at investigating :(

Anyway, here is the thread on the hoggle children. Websleuths doesn't miss a THING. Trust me, ANY info will be here. (We argued over a truck for MONTHS when Mickey Shunick went missing in Lafayette, LA.) Every detail is of every case is thoroughly discussed.
