Looked into the reviewer Bernie Whitmore, and found some reviews for restaurants that no longer exist. Granted, these are old reviews and that is not enough cause for concern.
Though there are multiple reviews by him that seem genuine, there’s still some bizarre ones. The website linked to this article goest to an asian beauty website.
Maybe we can ask Bernie some questions about the location?
ALSO I keep seeing stuff about these 5 senators and 136 representatives, yet I can't find anything to corroborate that. Am i missing something?

ive spent more time looking into some of these address and numbers in my local city. what i found is that many of these places point to someone with a name of Joseph working there. for example one location is a car insurance place with a man name Joseph as the lead agent, another is a dentist with a dr name Jospeh, another is a location with law office with an attorney named Joseph. so...idk...i dont want to sound like a shill, but maybe this is just a database issue...
Some places don't have Josephs working there. The phone numbers are also different. While that could be these businesses changing their numbers to stop getting food orders, why wouldn't they find out where their address is being listed to get it taken down?
If this is a database issue would it show up on other restaurants?

It has to do with the Wikileaks kill switch and I think how they embedded messages in the bitcoin. I found a review of an actual Joseph’s Bistro
The reviewer apparently ate at the Westminster Massachusetts location, which matches up with the HoursCenter website results.
After a Maps search, I found the supposed location of the restaurant, though it looks to be a house that has never been used for such a purpose.
