I am still completely baffled how a russian lawyer who doesn't speak english is allowed to represent her defendant in US Courts. How is she qualified to practice law in the US Federal Courts without passing a bar exam? This makes no sense. Yet presumably she is given special entry despite denied visas for this reason.
do you have a link for that? I've read all the articles and haven't seen that, also, she still would need to pass the bar in whatever state. And the american company would be able to get her a visa, so no I don't think this is the case. You should be SURE before you MAKE ASSUPTIONS asshat.

Of course I could get a link for it and I know the American Law Firms that worked on the case, but I'm not a fan of rude people, asshat.
