DiNardo has a history of mental illness, and was previously involuntarily committed to a mental health institution after firing a shotgun, authorities said. Prosecutors said he is schizophrenic, a flight risk and a “dangerous person,” the Philadelphia Inquirer reported, adding that his lawyers claimed he was being targeted for his mental health issues.
That last sentence has an interesting choice of words. His lawyer is implying that he is being targeted (FRAMED) because of his mental illness. Isn't the usual line of defense with mental illness that they did do it but "only" because of the behavioral symptoms associated with their diagnosis?
Did these guys go there to join in the "fun"? Or where they just passing through and somehow were spirited to the wrong place and they are SRA victims. YES!!! He is being framed. Others in this town, the wealthy pedos had their "fun" and now he is going to be left holding the bag. They will be preying on the mentally ill to pay the price. Saw this on the news this morning.
