I watched this interesting video some time ago and then tried to identify who her veterinarian handler/abuser was. She gives clues but declines to name him, seeming to display some degree of Stockholm syndrome. I could never pinpoint who he was. I did find this report on an investigation into ritual abuse in the Mormon Church conducted by Bishop Glenn Pace, who met with 60 victims but said there were two or three times that many that he didn't have time to interview: http://www.utlm.org/newsletters/no80.htm#PACE%20MEMO

What I can't get over is why victims (edited to replace "abusers" with "victims") won't do what they can to prevent others from being abused by NAMING NAMES of the perpetrators. She's into healing and forgiveness, which is all good, but that does nothing for the next child her abusers set their sights on. Forgiving perpetrators does NOT change them--it changes the forgiver.

I think many victims would still have a fear of their abusers--even if it's an irrational fear. An abuser can seem to have super-human powers to a victim--they can appear to be omnipotent and omniscient. Victims are offering struggling with the fall-out of their abuse--mental health issues, physical and emotional scars left from the abuse. A victim loses a sense of self; he/she is disempowered; it's like having no foundations. Life can be spent trying to pick up the pieces of a wretched childhood--so busy picking up the pieces it's difficult to put a foot forward.

And the threats are key... Severe threats to life and lives of loves ones

Except that she doesn't say her abuser is threatening her.

Honestly I'd find it hard to believe that her abuser/abusers never threatened her/ threatened her life... that's so often part of their sick grooming process--- instilling in kids that they are NOT to tell

You could be right. When interviewed, her accused abuser, Doc, pressed the interviewer for the name of the city where she was living:

DOC: Where is she living now?

CAMERON: Utah.

DOC: In Utah?

CAMERON: Yeah.

DOC: Like what, Park City?

CAMERON: Yeah.

(Edited to add the last line above.)
