Not like they'd care. Parents give their kids unrestricted use to their iPads and such because parents nowadays are shitty people with ADD themselves and they have no idea how to properly raise a child. If you are someone who hands a five year old an iPad and just leaves the room, you are a bad parent who is abusing a child, period. YT is too much of a cesspool these days, and parents don't even want to be bothered to learn about it, because it would mean that they actually have to put their phone down, stop posting pics of their kid on Instagram (where traffickers can also see them), and be a parent. That's just too much to ask.
