If you don't care, that IS your business. But stay out of MY business and quit telling me who to care for. I consider ALL children my children and responsibility. That is none of YOUR business. BTW those Japanese children, when messed up from getting married at 13 will be messed up and could end up in this country causing us problems. The world is now global and so we must now cope with it. AND that disgusting piece of trash that married her or him might come over here and do the same. We do not know what that stupid law will bring to our country as well, if we do not stop it globally they will only gain more power.
