Cleopatra was the queen of eqypt, she did not have children, her lover was mark antony of the caesar/antony/brutus triumvirate, not julius caesar. She is famous for many things including studying poison and when the walls came down on her she chose suicide by asp bite for being slow but not painful.
Octavius Caesar, heir to Julius Caesar, was his nephew, who later proclaimed himself Emperor Augustus Caesar. He might have been called little caesar as a child. but he was roman definitely not greek.
Alexander the Great predates Cleopatra and Julius Caesar by about 300 years.
They did not have pizza then because tomatoes are native to South & Central America and were not introduced to Europe until about 1600.
