Exactly. That's Huma in that pic with Podesta right? She is 5'9". WITHOUT heels on. Most "fashion forward" professional women wear heels that are 3-4 inches. That would put Podesta at around 6'0"
But he IS a shrimp if we're talking muscle tone or body fat... we're not though.

They are obviously relaxing on a plane. The shot doesn't show her FEET, so you have NO IDEA if she is shod or barefoot. In addition, she is LEANING, NOT standing upright.
