Which one of the Obama lackeys warned that Wikileaks was possibly going to release "fake news" last fall?

Was it Jarrett, Rice or one of the white girls? One of them came out and said "don't believe anything that comes out of Wikileaks in the next 48 hours" about early Oct last year.
