I think the theory floating around for the meaning of "spaghetti with walnut sauce" was as a code for brown skinned boy...
The code never existed before "pizzagate." It's fake. Pasta with Walnut Sauce is a genuine Italian dish. There's no theory at all, it was a deliberate deception. Look up walnut sauce recipe, you'll see tons of results.
