DON'T CLICK ON THE OP. It's a trap!
The OP links to
which redirects to
which grabs your IP address and other personal data and then further redirects to
so the inattentive user thinks everything is fine.
THIS IS NOT A MISTAKE THAT SOMEBODY COULD HAVE HONESTLY MADE. The OP did this knowingly and maliciously. He is trying to doxx people.

Don't click on links that don't go directly to the site you're trying to visit.
If you see 7.ly then be wary. Same with any url shortener.
