But, have you consider that this is being typed in another language. For Korean keyboards they use the same ascii keyboards we have, but have to press a button multiple times to make a specific character.

That is code. Hmm. It's not letter replacement or any thing like that. It's probably numerical, and that will need decoding as well.
If I were you I'd post an embedded screenshot of the exact comments you want looked at.
