i have a theory that the art that is so disturbing is a representation of human animal gene splicing done in the cia's underground laboratories that mk ultra victims have witnessed. it is very disturbing at a cellular level.

The only alleged CIA underground lab stories I am aware of involve "aliens." Phil Schneider supposedly exposed it (Dulce) before he was "murdered."

That entire story is highly controversial and has been "debunked." Do you have a link to MK Ultra victims specifically seeing the underground labs with genetic experiments?
