This is a thought a friend had. Just tossing this out there.

There is a high chance that these are being churned out in a warehouse basement in India, China, NK, any number of island nations.

Poor command of English. The literal Noah's Flood of material being posted. That however doesn't explain the live action ones using what sounds like American actors most of the time though.

Look at the view counts. They use in-house bots to run the number up until it is self-sustaining. Is Google paying out for these? The amount of revenue generated must be enormous. Google has noticed these. Did google give them Play Buttons too? Lol.

They use proprietary material openly hundreds of thousands of times. The owners of ATT, Peppa the Pig, Disney, et al, MUST be aware of this and either cannot or will not DMCA the channels. Why?

Out of jurisdiction? Are those companies cooperative with the channel owners? Does Google find value (monetary? other?) in these channels and persuaded those companies to not make a claim?

That I think is the weirdest part. Google knows. Disney and Marvel know. There is a MASSIVE amount of money involved.

Now I could see some Indian engineer plugging away at his quota getting bored and doing weird shit just to see what he can get away with. But that doesn't jive with the repetitive nature, the patterns, of the subject matter. Maybe a boss comes down and says "Be Edgier" once a week.

Maybe CIA black budget funding. These vids are not illegal like guns or drugs, they can operate in foreign countries, and this would allow individual CIA asset networks to self-fund, with no ties back to the agency. Would also explain why there are no DMCAs and no questions from Google.

If not CIA perhaps another, or several, other agencies, US based or not. But if not CIA, where are the American actors coming from?

I think that Marvel and Google need to be pressured to explain. Pressured hard.

There is a lot of information about Michael Eisner, CEO of Disney on the internet. And the ties to pedophilia. I won't even bother to look into the other companies you mentioned..I'm sure I'd find the same https://www.bibliotecapleyades.net/bloodlines/disney1.htm

That's why I didn't say Disney should be pressured. It would be fruitless. However, other companies might be effective avenues of inquiry.
