many of the sex workers of such "massage parlors" are underage girls based on the crack down of similar operations in Maryland http://www.baltimoremagazine.com/2017/2/8/sex-trafficking-is-maryland-dirty-open-secret
but Northern Virginia Massage Parlors are not investigated
too close to "home"?
