I've heard a lot of stupid partisan questions from House members over the years, but you do you really think someone is going to ruin their reputation on the basis on a pile of ridiculous speculation? It's almost the equivalent of asking if Republicans are going to address the concerns of the baseball shooter.
I want someone to ask what a hankerchief with a pizza related map is code for and why a real estate agent would think you needed it back. That's my question for this freak.
You have no idea how good this would make Podesta look do you? This is a big slow softball pitch that I'm sure he is ready to hit out of the park. Good lawyers try not to ask questions they don't know the answers to and it seems pretty apparent that Podesta could answer this by saying it was code for nothing. That the handkerchief was a map of Italy with famous Italian foods, the kind they sell to tourists in Italy and then launch into how he was the victim in this case and how it almost ended in violence and the congress needs to come strongly against fake news and conspiracists before someone gets hurt again.

That is not evidence. It's a logical fallacy called argument from ignorance or incredulity or lack of imagination. Because you are unaware of something or can't imagine something, does not make it false. It's the basis of a lot of evidence in the pizzagate investigation. For example, people who didn't never heard of all ages shows thought this was sinister and must be about pedophilia, when actually it's a nearly 40 year old tradition in Washington, DC and is done throughout the country in the low budget DIY music world. It's a way for college kids and high school kids to see live music.

She did not. The realtor talked to "Susan and Herb," the folks who rented the house. It was Susan who emailed Podesta. She didn't assume it was his, she asked him if it was his. Why would the realtor think people wanted things back? I would guess that sort of customer service is part of being a high end realtor. It would be the sort of thing that would make you stand out and be remembered next summer. She also had pillows to send back to Susan and Herb.

It seems quite reasonable that someone would describe an unusual handkerchief to help someone remember it. And by the point it's in the email, this is second hand language. Realtor talks to Susan. Susan writes up that conversation to Podesta. Susan is describing something she is not looking at.
This is an insanely weak piece of evidence and only makes sense if you are determined to view Podesta in the worst possible light.
