Implementing logic and reason into Mr Welch's statement after the incident I conclude the following: mr Welch is Not insane, mr Welch knew what he was doing and what the consequences would be. Why did he do it? I don't believe it was to Save children. It was to shift the public perception of the whole PizzaGate thing, and shift it into making CCP the Victim in the story. Edgar M. Welch is a Bad actor, if you can't even open up your mind to that. I can't help you.
