It's a start in the right direction. Too many think crimes are solved in an hour like CSI or Law & Order. That is not how it works. I had cases that were litigated for 7 years. The wheels of justice move slowly, but at least they move. What some people might not realize is during the litigation phase the mental toll on these people can kill them. They take on physical manifestations due to the continued grind of their case.
