GitMo is not what you think it is.
Execution for pedos; it's the only way. That would require a SCOTUS reversal, which is not likely to happen with Ginsburg on the bench.
Gitmo will work to keep the main Pedo fucks contained, but yeah execution live on TV would be my first choice!
