It's important to remember perps that the Smith-Mundt Modernization and updated NDAA will both be repealed well before the class action suit's "happy ending".

For all playing along at home Smith-Mundt 2013 and NDAA 2012 justifies the U.S. government engaging in Lying to the American People Domestic Propaganda and is currently allowing the legal departments of both the FBI and NYTimes to get a full nights sleep.
