Seriously, this is an awesome meme/viralprop piece. It needs to be Americanized. It sounds too British. I don't even know what that last word meant.
I'd change a few of the categories to "EVILNESS" or something like that.
But an excellent way to go. Now, how do we get 50,000 of these printed up and into everyone's hands?
@Drainingswamps - Consider making a few Aces (Clinton, Podesta, JA, etc.) that can be made in one sheet of laminated card stock. Also, google "gulf war playing cards" and see what was done in the last war. Those were pretty effective, which is why I like your idea.

Feel free to suggest and i somewhat agree and want to change the categories.
Printing is not the main goal (and didnt think about it much but production cost would probably be around 2 or 4 usd per deck(54) (1000 pieces)
About the Aces, Meaty trumps cards have Enabler cards, we need a better name perhabs as well
