I saw a youtube video the other day saying that one of the newspapers printed a few months ago the times and places where the practice baseball take place. Also how there is not a lot of security during these times. I have just looked for it but not sure where it is, will add it when I find it. :)

There was a printout in a paper. This guy was also camping out at the Y across the street so much so he even knew a few regulars. Security at the baseball field would be provided by the Capital Police for R-Scalise who is third ranking house member so has security detail.
This was a cased operation no doubt. The timing & those involved and where he was staying. There is no way in a city like Washington DC that is loaded with cops, secret service, captital police, FBI, DOJ, CIA etc this guy would not have been rolled up on and identified in the month he was living in his van with guns.
No way does that happen. One drive by and check and you could have state, ID, criminal history, gun history, parole history, etc.
That would happen in a tiny mid-western town after a month but in DC by high ranking politicians in this climate there is no way he was not known or the story we are getting is BS.
I agree, in my opinion he was called up for the return favour for getting off with killing 2 of the foster girls who were in him and his wife care.
