It couldn't have been homosexuality per se because both Rehoboth Beach and Washington DC are homosexual strongholds. It had to be underage boys. And if murder of an underage boy took place I wouldnt be surprised. That house was demolished to destroy forensic evidence. The relationship between these guys and the person who bought the house from them and authorized the demolition needs scrutiny.
