When parents who adopt decide they no longer want to care for or deal with the child(ren) they welcomed into their home, they post them online like they're a puppy who grew into a dog, and is no longer of interest.

Part 1: When a Liberian girl proves too much for her parents, they advertise her online and give her to a couple they’ve never met. Days later, she goes missing. The practice is called "private re-homing," a term typically used by owners seeking new homes for their pets. Based on solicitations posted on one of eight similar online bulletin boards, the parallels are striking. Reuters analyzed 5,029 posts from a five-year period on one Internet message board, a Yahoo group. On average, a child was advertised for re-homing there once a week. Most of the children ranged in age from 6 to 14 and had been adopted from abroad – from countries such as Russia and China, Ethiopia and Ukraine. Similar legislation to what Wisconsin passed has been introduced in Ohio, where a girl adopted from Haiti was passed among four homes in two years. The last family who took her in quickly sent her away after she helped bring to light allegations of sexual abuse of other children in the home. The father, Jean Paul Kruse, was later charged with rape and sexual abuse. The mother, Emily Kruse, was charged with obstructing justice and intimidating a witness. Lawmakers recognize that internationally adopted children, especially those who are not re-adopted in their home state, fly under the radar. We really need to look at this whole rehoming situation in more depth. I feel this is one of the avenues that have not been examined within the Pizzagate realm yet, and this could be where Laura Silsby/Gayle was going to do with the children she was taking from Haiti considering that most of the children who are being rehomed are from Haiti, Russia, China, and other countries that we readily see mentioned during our investigations.
